Lift One Project

Paula, (HitSafari.com) and I want to introduce you to an organization and a solution that addresses a cause very important to us: child poverty.

Through conversations with Paula, she has sponsored other charities, we discussed how we might try to make a difference using our high traffic sites.

After much conversation we’ve decided to sponsor a child each, in an effort to possibly interest others. Both Hit Safari and Soaring4Traffic now have logos and links on the main index page in an effort to create more awareness.

Children International has been around since 1936, and now assists over 300,000 children in 11 countries. They connect very poor children to caring sponsors. We are proud to be sponsors and we ask others to learn more about sponsorship and hopefully sponsor a child in need.

One to one sponsorship through Children International breaks it down to that critical individual level, a level where you can see results and bear witness to amazing change.

Of course sponsorship is not the only avenue to assist nor is Children International the only organization offering these type programs.

“I trust Children International to use my money wisely. In fact, eight out of every ten dollars raised goes to programs and services that directly help children. $22 per month (approximately 73 cents a day) can make a huge difference in a poor child’s life.”

This is a project that I personally have wanted to do for a long time. With Paula’s help, research, and encouragement it is now possible to give back.

Soaring4Traffic members through their loyalty and support have made Soaring4Traffic one of the most popular traffic exchange sites and with that said deserve much of the credit. Because of that we can spread the word and bring more awareness.

The Lift One Project provides a site to personalize sponsorship and allows others to view and make their own decisions. In fact this link will allow you to meet only the two young boys we have chosen out of thousands in need and will explain this project in more detail: Our Lift One Project

Helping us spread the word is always appreciated. Sending people to this blog post or the Lift One Project link would certainly help. Thank You!

Wow Ray. I applaud yours and Paula’s work here. Child advocacy in 3rd world and other countries is a very noble enterprise, and oh so necessary. In real life I’m a Director of a Juvenile Dept…..this rises to a level of real with me. Good work!
