Instead of an article today, wanted to use this space for important reminders. Some are things that I've noticed over these last few weeks from the owners side. Others are things that as a surfer myself, have been guilty of doing. :)

When you first signed up, you were asked to enter your Url. Question is, after completing your sign up process did you go back, verify the site and take it off hold? In doing so, did you check to see that your site url was entered correctly and showing properly without breaking frames?

You were given bonus credits when you joined, did you apply them to your site Url? This also applies to banner and text link impressions.

Are you watching the surf bar for bonus credits? Are you clicking them when you see them?

When you receive bonus credits from surfing or other means, are you applying them to your sites? Even if you have an auto assigned percentage applied, bonus credits will sit in your account until you apply them. This includes but is not limited to monthly bonus credits for upgraded members.

When you apply credits to a site, are you making sure the url is valid and your site is in rotation? In other words, not on hold.

Have you checked the sites you've entered for Adsense ads? Google will suspend your account if you advertise pages with adsense ads in traffic exchanges.

Did you turn off your pop-up blocker to check your site? Some affiliate sites have pop-ups you might not be aware of. While we do allow one pop-up, it must be easily closed without interrupting the surf session. Same applies for frame breakers, but this you can find when verifying your site for inclusion.

If your site has audio, can it be turned off? If not, this can be annoying for some members. The last thing you want is to annoy your potential customer. :)

Does your page load quickly? Experts report that your site has approximately 3-5 seconds to make an impression. Taking longer than that to load could be harmful to your success. Remember, some of your potential customers still use dial-up with a 56K modem.

When adding your banners, did they display properly and are they being directed to the right url when clicked?

Have you surfed a minimum of 5 sites to completely activate your account and receive your bonus credits?

When you joined Soaring4Traffic, did you receive your verification email? Might want to check your bulk email? If you did receive, did you click the verification link? Some ISP's will block emails whether you wish them too or not. If you haven't received your verification email within minutes, more like seconds, send me a support ticket right away.

Have you logged in and surfed Soaring4Traffic every day? :) That's meant to make you smile..tongue in cheek type question. Still a good idea though!

Speaking of smiling, have you done that today? Or better yet, hugged a love one? Both will make you feel so much better.
