Welcome to all new members this week. So glad you joined us and hope you feel as much pride in your membership as we do. Thanks to all members that keep referring others. What an awesome week. Traffic flow was up, more sites in rotation, more credits assigned and more members to share your sites with. :)

This should be our Anniversary issue. :) Two months online as of yesterday. Already over 2300 members have joined with more signing up as I write this. Thanks to all of you the members! There would be no Soaring Eagles without you!

Wanted to have the blog started by this week, but no, not ready yet. My fault for taking too long to get the domain and site setup, ready for the design work to be done. Stayed tuned, should be ready by next week for sure or if sooner will send out a quick note during the week. Excited to get it going, will benefit all members.

Last week told you I would be surfing other exchanges a lot during the week and if I found your Soaring4Traffic advertisement would be doing some rewards. Am happy to annouce that we have given over 2,500 credits and 7 referrals to fifteen different members this past week. Thank's for your support.

Here is how it works. When I see a members advertisement, write down his/her Id#. When I finish my surfing session, check to see if those members have been surfing Soaring4Traffic a reasonable amount. Also check to see if they have sites in rotation, credits assigned, plus using the banner and text link impressions.

All those things being normal or better, we then decide what reward to give based on all criteria. Members can win every day, but only once per day. We will continue to do this every week. Members that contribute their time and effort in making S4T the best exchange online deserve rewards.

Pages that qualify for extra credits are splash pages (see Promote page) that include your name. Extra credits for your own creation, or the one made using the splash page generator in your member area. Qualified advertising will also include the PeelAway Ad scripts provided on your promote page. If I don't catch your ad this week, chances are I will soon. Did a lot of surfing in over 60 exchanges this past week. :)

Don't forget to surf often this week, look for bonuses, complete the word levels for even more bonus credits, assign your credits, take sites off hold, etc..! If activity continues to increase the way it has, we will continue to add even more bonus credits and advantages over the coming weeks. Don't be surprised if they just happen without notification. :)

I like to hang out in internet marketing forums and see what is going on. Reading the questions and comments is a great way to get a feel for what is going on in the minds of people around the world as they try to build their own internet marketing business. We all are trying to earn while we learn in this business.

One day two posts caught my eye. One was about what the freedom of working at home meant to her. The other asked the question what is your why for building an internet business. I thought how similar these were, yet they were so different to each writer.

We all have a why for earning money on the internet. I'll always remember one famous internet marketer who was already earning several thousand dollars a day. He wanted to make more money and give it away to some very specific causes that were close to his heart.

For me I just wanted to quit my job and be able to work anywhere I wanted. Hawaii sounds good :-)

For others they have more month than money. Kids need braces, new clothes, the house is getting small, retirement is close by. I got an email the other day from one guy who is making money online and he is 72 years old. He is set financially, but he likes to keep busy and enjoys doing it online.

For the writer who wrote about the freedom she felt when she stayed home and made money I thought this. I know she spent over 4 years learning why she was earning. All the while she kept her goal of quitting her job, and staying home and working, right in front of her. That is such a big key.

You have to really know what your why is! It is never going to be exactly the same for any two of us. But what is important is understanding what your why is.

This is where forums, article directories, and social directories are so helpful. You can earn while you learn from people who already know their why and many enjoy the freedom that they have from working hard to achieve it.

I owe much of my success to internet marketing forums, because I received a lot of my motivation from reading about the success of others. The nuts and bolts stuff motivates me. The basics that are working. This is what learning is really all about. Then you apply it and start earning from it.

Anyone can earn while they learn and achieve the freedom that come from having a crystal clear why!
