Welcome new members, another exciting week for Soaring4Traffic. You members are awesome
and do "Soar with Eagles." I am truly humbled by your comments, loyalty and proud of each of you!
Since you've done such an awesome job this week, looks like we will be staying with the shorter timer for
at least another week. We've delivered over 120,000 hits to sites this week which when broken down amounts
to over 700 per hour. Just absolutely awesome, keep this up and the timer stays as is. :)
Still catching a lot of members advertising your refferal pages for S4T, and this week we continued to
reward credits, downline members, etc. Thank you so much for your efforts in helping our membership
continue to grow on a daily basis. Twelve members received rewards totalling 1500 credits and 6 referrals this
past week.
Remember, this is suppose to be the slow time of year for online marketing? Busy season from what I'm told
should begin in about 3 or 4 more weeks. :) Can't wait, our current weekly average for new members is averaging
somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 plus per week. You are making it happen. Thank YOU!

Frame breakers, bad sites, IFrame and undesirable sites have been popping up occasionally but with your
help, most get suspended with no more than 1 or 2 hits total. We don't depend on site checkers. Prefer
the hands on. We do this manually as each site is entered for consideration.
Much also depends on you the wonderful members that report these sites as you surf. Thank you for helping
keep Soaring4Traffic clean, smooth and pleasurable to surf. As I hesitate to suspend anyone's site, it will be
done should it break our terms of service.
If any member is unsure of the terms, please go to the main page before logging in and review them. We abide
by those terms in order to keep your surfing on S4T safe, smooth and clean. Be courteous to your fellow members
and enjoy your surfing. :)
Finally the long awaited Blog for Soaring4Traffic is online and ready for your comments, views and suggestions.
A few posts have already been made, feel free to leave your comments on any topic. Leaving your comment and
site url is a good back link to your site. :) The blog will not replace this newsletter (The Talon) but will be used for
daily updates, notifications for specials, contests, training and general day to day information.
Subscribe to the RSS feed to stay updated each time a new post is made. Link for the blog is:
http://www.soaring4traffic.biz
Notice the .biz, should make it easy to remember the link. :) Visit often, leave your comments and lets
have some fun with it. Planning a referral contest, so look for it on the blog this coming week.

The Hero in You
The Hero in You
By Sarah Liddle
The unsung Hero
I believe the world is full of leaders that go unrecognized.
I am sure you have met someone, or currently have someone in your life that does so much good for others and possibly the community but they go unrecognized.
I believe this is the true nature of a leader
The person that does not think he is a leader, or has leadership traits but the person that goes about their daily life letting go of what others think of them. They live their life with one intention, to leave the world knowing that they have made it a better place. No matter how small.
Just think about that for a second. Do you like to receive recognition and praise for something you have done? If you are like most you will think “Heck YES!” But isn’t it in the times that you don’t get recognition and silently do something super superb for someone else that makes you feel on top of the world because you silently made a difference which gave you an inner feeling of warmth, beauty and serenity. And this warm feeling was something you personally inwardly cherished because know one knew of this good deed you done.
So who in your life makes a difference and goes unrecognized? Just think about it now, do you follow a leader that believes he is a leader. Or are you going to follow the leader who doesn’t care if he is called a leader or a follower he/she is just happy making the world a little better regardless of whether they receive praise or criticism.
Keep your eyes and ears open for the unsung hero’s that pass through your life. The person that does something out of good, that does not want recognition is someone that I believe is an unsung hero. They are what silently are making the world a little better. God bless you, Much love Sarah.
