This question has been asked several times, how I manage over 100 traffic exchanges? First, it's necessary for me as my obligation, duty is to bring in more new members daily, providing random referrals for upgraded Soaring Eagles!

This recently has become easier with the addition of ProTrackerPlus to my arsenal of tools. Let me explain. Was already using PageSwirl to easily control my url's to rotate, then with the addition of Soaring4Traffic's surfing console made it more managable.

See, I use the surfing console to not only track the last time I surfed a particular TE, but also as my base to know all the exchanges I've joined. With over one hundred, there is no way I could remember them all. :)

Using the surf console as a base for easy login to assign credits, check sites, add banners, text links, everything necessary to manage all accounts properly. Keeping Soaring4Traffic in front of as many people as possible as much as possible.

My goal for traffic exchanges alone has been set to a minimum of 3,000 page views per day to Soaring4Traffic splash pages. Every day, seven days a week. More is better, but that's the minimum I expect. With at least 40% unique visitors, that equates to 1200 people per day viewing Soaring4Traffic pages in traffic exchanges only.

Spreading advertising over this many exchanges is necessary to reach that goal. Some traffic exchanges are smaller, cannot deliver but a few hits per day. Larger ones can deliver up to 300 or more per day depending on the surfing activity.

So, back to the original question, how do I manage and control that many exchanges? Maybe it would be easier if I explained my typical day.

First thing of course, I grab a nice hot cup of coffee, boot up my computer and the day begins. :) First thing I do is check the admin side of S4T for site reports, member questions, etc. After those are handled, my next site to open is ProTrackerPlus.

I've set up one group in my tracker account for traffic exchanges only. Reviewing the stats for that group, immediately lets me know how many hits, how unique they are, how many have produced results up to that time of day. It also shows me which traffic exchanges have produced no hits.

Opening another tab to the S4T surf console allows me quick access to those traffic exchanges that haven't delivered today. Login to those with zero balances, check to see why. Maybe I've run out of credits, the site is on hold, or in some cases the TE is just not delivering today. Whatever the situation, get it handled and move to the next one. Easy to do with both ProTrackerPlus and the surf console opened at the same time.

Of course in checking, I also know if I've run completely out of credits, need to surf or in some cases purchase credits, depending on the TE and my mood at the time...lol

Currently I have 6 different pages set up in a PageSwirl rotator advertising just Soaring4Traffic. Each with it's own tracking link. This does two things, first lets me know which of those pages get the best results, and second allows me to quickly change the pages within that rotator if one is out performing the other. This way I don't have to run to every traffic exchange to change the url's being promoted. Just change the rotator and voila, all traffic exchanges are changed at once. :)

FYI, the best performing S4T splash page the last couple of weeks has been the one created using your Splash Generator link. Writing a decent testimonial and uploading your photo seems to be very effective. Not only that but you're advertising yourself at the same time, and that my friends is very important in your marketing efforts. Second best performing page has been splash #3, then splash #1, with #2 showing close results. We have plans for more later.

And that's how my day starts and how I can control over 100 exchanges daily. Normally this checking, assigning, looking at stats takes me less than 30 minutes. Of course then I usually need to surf some, place other advertising, check 6 email accounts, grab another cup of java, answer emails, delete spam, etc...lol Take a break, maybe some strectching, walking, jogging, then repeat all of the above several times a day. :)

Am I suggesting you join tons of traffic exchanges? Of course not, my reasons are much different than the average marketer. What I am suggesting is that whether you use 5 or 50 exchanges, it is manageable following my techniques. With the combination of Soaring4Traffic's surf console, ProTrackerPlus, and PageSwirl, my TE management has become a breeze, and I will be joining even more in the near future to test. More exposure, new eyes watching the Eagles soar! :)

By the way, in the near future, there will be more traffic exchanges added to S4T's traffic exchange list. Some have shown good test results, that way if you are already a member, just need to add your referral info to automatically add it to your surf console. Any additions will be announced on the blog.
